1-day workshops are an effective way of improving communication and providing an outlet for young people to express themselves. It is an effective way of building engagement and motivating young people. The workshops give young people access to inspirational adults in the areas of music, art and business who grew up in similar circumstances or overcame similar challenges. Corey Clarke works with music labels, musicians and artists and small business owners and employers who are all DBS checked and have experience working with young people.

Employment support and advice

One of the key challenges for young people who have struggled in the education system is preparing for employment. This two-day programme supports young people in developing their CV, ability to search for appropriate jobs and improve their chances at interview through interview practice and training. We also talk about what employers expect, the importance of professionalism and practical issues such as presentation and punctuality. There is also the option for a visit from a guest employer to answer questions and give a short presentation.
